Those of you old enough to remember the weebles, will recognise the slogan….
I think this is a great way to deal with the (sometimes constant) body-blows that life deals us.
We’re all allowed a wobble from time to time; this may be a bit of a rant, a full-on meltdown, checking out for a while, or your own preferred version. This is a ‘normal’ and human reaction to stuff happening, that is often out of your control.
The important thing is this………
Always allow yourself a wobble, it’s a lot healthier to acknowledge stuff and then deal with it, rather than trying to battle on. Everyone has different coping strategies, and those of you who push forwards regardless feel that this is about strength; the problem with this style of coping is that you can only do it for so long.

The most exciting thing in the world is getting a chance to tear it all up and start again. Keep all the things you want and throw out everything you don’t. Wendy will help you do just that!
