Self-care: Prioritise self-care routines that nourish your body and mind, such as exercise, meditation, a healthy diet, and adequate sleep. Treat yourself to that expensive facial, you’re worth it.
Set boundaries: Learn to say no when necessary and protect your time and energy from draining or toxic situations and people.
Positive self-talk:Replace self-criticism with self-encouragement and positive affirmations. Exactly as you would do with a friend.
Gratitude: Regularly reflect on your strengths, achievements, and the things you’re grateful for in your life.
