  3. We have a conversation so that I can find out what’s going on for you, and more importantly how to fix it.
  4. You understand what’s going on for you and what subtle changes you can make to start feeling happier.

Once you’ve booked your consultation, that’s the hard bit over, so you can relax knowing you’ve done the the best thing for yourself.

If, for whatever reason, however, you need to change your booking, you can do so within 48 hours of your consultation.
